Introducing a Change in the Way Fluorescent Microscopy is Done Today

Aurora Spectral Technologies is developing state-of-the-art microscope imaging tools for pixel-level resolution and rapid analysis and of complex multicolor fluorescent images.  These microscopy tools have utility in multiple markets in industry and academia to unravel intracellular processes with clarity that is not possible with current multiphoton technology. Visualization of protein aggregates or detection and localization of specific nucleic acid molecules on chromosomes, for example, reveal valuable information which can be utilized for drug discovery and understanding molecular basis of disease.

We are now introducing Optical Micro-Spectroscopy System (OptiMiS™) to the market.  The instrument, for the first time, permits real-time quantitative analysis of macromolecular interactions and their spatial distribution in living cells by producing a full-set of spectrally resolved multi-color fluorescent images with full-spectrum of wavelengths using a single multiphoton excitation scan. For a researcher, it unveils multiple intracellular events simultaneously that cannot be duplicated by other multiphoton instruments which rely on averages of successive scans.
